On Thursday, May 25, The Kennedy Forum Illinois’ Policy Director David Lloyd testified before the Mental Health Committee in the Illinois General Assembly. The Kennedy Forum urged Committee members to use their position to end the separate and unequal treatment of mental health and addiction and build the system our state needs to achieve justice on behalf of people living with mental health and addiction.
