Free 60-minute Webinar to Help Manage Stress During COVID-19 Protocols

It is our mission to eliminate stigma and discrimination against those living with mental health and substance use disorders. In response to the stress many are feeling during this uncertain time, we are offering a free 60-minute webinar for businesses and organizations on how to manage stress and to reduce isolation. If you prefer a closed webinar, we ask that you have at least 15 people to attend the training. For businesses or organizations that are smaller than 15 people, we will schedule webinars that are publicly available. We are flexible to your needs and look forward to hearing from you.

Strategies to Help Manage Stress, Improve Self-Care, and Reduce Isolation

Description: This training provides support, resources, and strategies for people to appropriately and healthily manage new life circumstances. The training will cover the importance of mental health and the impact of COVID-19 on our daily lives, and how we can respond.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the basis of mental health, specifically how it relates to national threats.
  • Recognize the signs of stress in ourselves and others.
  • Review effective strategies for:
    • stress-management;
    • self-care; and,
    • reducing isolation.
  • Provide relevant resources for future mental health support.
