Dear Things We Don’t Say Attendees!

Thank you all for participating in today’s workshop. It means the world to me to be able to help empower you all in your community to normalize mental health conversations & be proactive about mental health for ourselves & others we care about. You’re all MVPs & we are both so lucky to be able to chat with you today.


It is so important that we have these conversations and raise the visibility in our communities to reduce the highest risk factors for further loss of life. You are part of the solution. We are in this together.

And additional thanks goes out to The Kennedy Forum and the Chicago Public Health Department, not to mention to all of you for making this education a success!
